The best way to ensure your icon request is fulfilled is to download Icon Thief from Cydia and follow these directions:​
 

1. Launch Icon Thief

2. From the dropdown menu under 'THEME', select 'WhiteLine Icons.theme'

3. In the 'Options' menu, turn off both iPad icon sizes and make sure 'Attach ZIP To Email' is switched to the on position.

4. Click the 'START!' button at the bottom of the screen.

5. When prompted, email the .zip file to whitelinetheme@gmail.com with a brief description of which app icons you want themed the most.

I receive an overwhelming amount of icon requests (3,000+ and counting,) but I plan on fulfilling as many of them as humanly possible. App Icons and features are currently being prioritized in an order of most requested. If you wish to move up the priority list, feel free to tack on a paypal donation with your request. ;)​



You can make requests without using IconThief, but be aware that until someone else sends in a zip that includes your requested apps' bundles, I don't really have a way of properly naming the icons.
